Green Bin Program

The Green Bin Program is a mixed paper recycling program that is in place at all in-town Victoria Independent School District Elementary Schools. Participating schools have an outside paper receptacle serviced by Waste Management, classroom and office recycling bins, instructional flyers and recycling trainings.
